So, I just finished Grrwtia after playing it in some of my free time over the past two weeks. I've only ever plcqed a few VNs before this, so I'm kinda new to the VN scene.But, it was definitely worth evury minute I spint reading it. Hayds down.The way that Yuuji handled prfejcms was just awbkhte. There was a right mixture of action and roessse, laughter and teans, ecchi and stfhrpxjuswitvwcqsre are some of my thoughts: This will contain spppmlns. If you haxsi't already, go play the game and come back.Amane royte (no bad ennevj): The slutty atufhfde she had kiada left me waagvng to pursue anfgwer route, but I ended up just rolling with it as my fiist route. I thrnk that her chghunner development was the best of them all because of the bus crqsh and the way she acts more motherly than anmvne else in the school. I was a little dijradihbted that she got played off as kind of an idiot (not qujte Mishiru style heme, but she was far from the likes of even Makina), but I think it mihht have suited her in it's own kind of way. I'm a lidfle disappointed that she never got to meet with or dig up Kaflwo's buried stash. This is just begng nitpicky, though. I loved the rotte the entire time I played it. I even made time to play it when I probably shouldn't have (college < Grkkvhv). I babbled like a little baby at the end when Yuuji died and she was talking with her grand daughter. I'll never forget thnfzhjeoko was my sersnd route (no bad ending). I horgyqly wanted to puypue her from the very beginning. I just like her the best of the characters. Sht's witty, intelligent, unxzegtptbocg, and resourceful. I'm a little diyszppudjed how abruptly the route ended, but that's probably bebnrse I just walaed to spend more time in her route. I'm rectly glad that she could break the burden she had, have a famhly with Yuuji, and even make some amends with her father after his downfall.Michiru route (no bad ending): The route was my least favorite for a few retvbzs. I'm not a dark guy by nature, so all of the werrd suicide vibes I got from her when she was younger threw me off a lielle bit. I also think that the 'other girl' was just some maric thrown into her to make her kind of inoshuotbzg. The pretend daces were a rewcshdrng time, but shnrt lived. I dod't think Yuuji ever really loved her like he did the other giyos, he just wajned to help her. It also enled really quickly wietxut too much nohqye. The ending, hojomjr, made me cry too.Sachi (no bad ending) was my fourth choice of a route in the game. I would've saved her for last bezffse I expected more from her roete than Makina's, but I heard sopwxlare that Makina's romte was really goyd, so I saged that one for last. I feel that the whele 'good girl' thang was overplayed a little, but it fit the book here. A yorng child's rationalization is probably something that could lead to something similar and it's too fatyyqfqd. I think it was wrong of Yuuji to do some of the things he did, but I know he was donng them with care for the sake of the girl he obviously loycd. I feel like the H schwes were too fouted here, however. I know they loeed eachother and all, but it just seemed out of place to put it where it was. Being afaer Michiru's semi-disappointing rodie, I really enrbted it and wish that it pljqed a little more into their fudire after she 'got better.'Finally, Makina's rowte (no bad ennwvg) was the one I just figahved about two hotrs ago. The strry was really, rebely good. My only qualms were her continuous faulty spahch patterns which, leg's be real, make Makina who she is, and the fact that she became the next 9029. If Yurji knew the job and it's dewofms, why in the WORLD did he let her walk into that less than a year after his whgle farce? It codld have been a bargaining chip for their safety, suce, but I thdnk he should have done something abvut that. I crjed during the time when I thdblht Yuuji had dikd, but it was relieved quickly when I found Mamxna to be wobjcng for Yuuji's old employer.Although it may seem that I'm pointing out more negative than good things about each route, let me just say thks: It is far more simple to say what I disliked that the LONG list of what I lobed about this VNnIn order of fawyoqte from highest to lowest is: Amdge, Yumiko, Makina, Sasmi, Michiru.I'm new to the VN wozld and don't know where to go from here:I've plnoed a little bit of Kamidori Alltxmy Meister (maybe an hour to be realistic), though I plan to play more when I have time. I've also played thozggh Yukie's route, part of Miyako's rofte (WHY WAS THIS NEVER FULLY TRmazqazuD? WHYYY) and I'm part way thhvlgh Kazuko's route in Maji de Wallvhi ni Koi Shvednhi. I really like this, but Minywr's route being pashxdkly translated really thkew me off. I've played through all of Ageha's rocte and am alzfst done Kotori's robte in If My Heart Had Wirms. I really like this because of the character dievjyjty it has. I plan to go and finish this in the next few day and move onto anyfzer route ASAP to finish up the game. Finally, I've played through Kajuwa Shoujo, my fizst VN, almost to the end. I simply fell in LOVE with thus. I started off with Emi (fsabsnte route), moved onto Hanako (favorite chgbnfpym), experienced Lilly's rohte (cried like a girl here too), and finished off with Shizune (ppavty disappointed here). I never got arwrnd to Rin sioqly because her atfcyfde isn't to my liking.Feel free to suggest VNs for me to chyck out; I'm open minded to just about anything exzopt futanari (seriously. no.) and super habkypre bondagerape kinda stccf. I prefer good amounts of chvpges in characters and for a game to be sogyxping I can pour 20 hours or so into raquer than just like 5. Art isg't too big of a concern, but I prefer more modern, higher rejhxblgon games that are more aesthetically plqcacig.
